We, at Santa Fe EcoWeddings, honor each & every Ceremony as
a Sacred Union.
Santa Fe EcoWeddings' Fees are based on the highly Professional
quality of the services that we provide, our many years of experience,
and our expertise, both before and during your actual Ceremony.
Our fees vary, depending on the type of Ceremony that you choose,
the location, and the possible need of a rehearsal.
To obtain a proper quote for your Wedding Ceremony, call us directly,
at (505) 466-6887, or go directly to the Contact Page, and fill out your specific
Ceremony requirements, & inquire about availability for your
special day.
Whether you choose to get married in the EcoWedding Garden or
at another location, Santa Fe EcoWeddings is here for you, & provides
the following, to all marriage couples, as part of the quoted fee:
- Free Consultation/Get acquainted & planning meeting (in
person or by telephone)
- Write & revise the Wedding Ceremony according to your
wishes.
- Coordinate & direct the mini-rehearsal/run through, in
person or over the phone.
- Prepare & Bless the Ceremony space, with Prayer and Purification.
- Sign the Marriage License, & file the paperwork with
the County Clerk's Office.
- Use of the EcoGarden, as your Ceremony site, including Decorated
Wedding Arch, and white aisle runner.
- Provide complimentary Marriage Blessings, through Marriage
Blessings International, both before and after your Wedding,
as requested.
- Ongoing love and support from Rev. Canfield, throughout the
process of planing & actualizing your Ceremony.
SAVING MONEY ON YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY
According to the latest edition of "The Wedding Report," the
average cost of renting a Wedding Ceremony location in the year
2008, was $776.00. This was not including the services of the Officiant,
or any decorations. The average cost of renting a location for
your Wedding in Santa Fe, is $100 to $1,000.
We offer the use of our Organic EcoGarden at no extra charge,
when you choose Santa Fe EcoWeddings to perform your Wedding Ceremony.
Extra decorations are not neccessary.

SANTA FE ECO WEDDINGS CEREMONY CHOICES
CIVIL CEREMONY
More personal than a Courthouse Wedding. A simple 5-minute Ceremony,
with no religious connotations. You will need two witnesses, and
a Marriage license. Performed at the Officiant's Residence only.
Pre-payment, in full, is required.
SIMPLY GREEN-SUSTAINABLE CEREMONY FOR TWO
Perfect for a last minute Wedding or Elopement, or simply the
romance of intimacy. This service, is for those who want to get
married quickly, or just want to keep things simple. This is a
pre-selected, short ceremony. You will need a marriage license
and 2 witnesses. Includes Officiant and use of the EcoGarden.
CEREMONY DEL SOL
Our most popular Wedding Ceremony. Held during the day, with the
enchanting New Mexico sunshine lighting your way. You will need
a marriage license and 2 designated witnesses. Includes Officiant,
Personalized Wedding Ceremony, and use of the EcoGarden.
STARLIGHT CEREMONY
Held at sunset, under the starlit heavens of the famous Santa
Fe sky. Let the twinkling garden lights & glow of the moon,
take you to a very romantic place. You will need a marriage license
and 2 designated witnesses. Includes Officiant, Personalized Wedding
Ceremony, & use of the EcoGarden.
SHAMANIC STYLE CEREMONY
For those who embrace nature, and the true Southwestern lifestyle.
This ceremony is a blend of ancient shamanistic & modern traditions
and rituals. You will need a marriage license and 2 designated
witnesses. Includes Officiant, Personalized Wedding Ceremony, and
use of the EcoGarden.
VOW RENEWAL
We believe that you deserve a special rate for the ceremony which
celebrates the success of your relationship and marriage. Includes
Officiant, and use of the EcoGarden.
COMMITMENT CEREMONY
Express your love & commitment to each other, without the
legal paperwork. No marriage license is required. Includes Officiant,
Personalized Ceremony & use of the EcoGarden.
Ceremonies performed at your location, are subject to an additional
traveling fee, if they are located more than 10 miles from the
EcoGarden.
WEDDING CONCIERGE SERVICES
Our first class Wedding Planning Services. We can provide live
Musicians, an Organic Wedding Cake, Flowers, Photographer, limosine/shuttle
service, to and from the Ceremony site, or other Wedding Planning
Services for an extra fee. Just tell us what you want and need.
We have been in Santa Fe for over 27 years, and know all of the
best services that are offered here.
SANTA FE ECO WEDDINGS COMPLETE WEDDING PACKAGES
In partnership with select local hotels, in Santa Fe, we provide
your Wedding Ceremony, lodging, receptions, Organic rehearsal dinner, & honeymoon
suites, as well as the above Wedding Concierge services. Prices
vary, depending on the type of room, time of year, and services
requested.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT
We require a NON-refundable deposit of $100.00, to secure our
services, for the date requested, at the time of booking. We do
not consider your Ceremony booked, until the deposit is received.
The balance, in full, is due TWO weeks prior to the actual ceremony.
We accept payment with Paypal, Cash and Money Orders.
WEDDING REHEARSALS
For small Weddings at the EcoGarden, a rehearsal is not usually
necessary. We provide you with an informal run-through, as part
of the stated fee. Larger Weddings, or Rehearsals at different
locations/days will be charged accordingly.
Please NOTE: The State of New Mexico requires Gross Receipts Tax
to be paid on all Services. You will be charged the current rate,
at the time of your Ceremony, as these rates are subject to change.
GIVING BACK
As part of our commitment to support others & stay connected
in community to those around us, Santa Fe EcoWeddings will donate
1% of all proceeds to deserving non-profit organizations. We highly
recommend that you register with the IDoFoundation, at www.IDofoundation.org,
and we will make the contribution directly to them. If you wish
to choose another organization, please let us know, prior to your
Wedding Date.
MARRIAGE BLESSINGS INTERNATIONAL
Marriage Blessings International is a network of caring, spiritual
people, who will bless your Union, both before and after your ceremony,
upon request. This is provided as a no-cost spiritual service for
all who ask, around the world. Please let us know if you are interested
in providing your love and support to others, as well. Please email
the staff at Marriage Blessings International at ecominister@gmail.com,
to request your special blessing.
You may also make a written, personal request, when we visit in
person, and have it put into the Marriage Blessing Basket, in our
office.
RELATIONSHIP EDUCATION and COACHING
Santa Fe EcoWeddings believes that Relationship Education & Coaching
is much more relevant & powerful for today's couple, than Pre-Marital
Counseling, because the focus is on deepening your love, & empowering
each of you to be the very best that you can be.
Whether it's creating your own vows, or needing objective support
for the stresses that might arise in planning your Wedding, we
can assist you. Coaching is about Empowerment; visualizing & putting
into action, your dreams, goals & desires. The objective guidance
of your Minister/Coach can be extremely helpful during the pre-marital
phase of your lives.
INTIMATE COMMUNION
The most powerful tool that we can offer, is Education. We offer
training in Intimate Communion, a tantric meditative practice,
which magnifies the loving connection between two people, by bringing
you both into a higher state of awareness & strengthening your
connection to the loving presence within. Learn to honor each others'
inner Divinity, communicate more clearly, & sustain a balanced,
healthy & fulfilling relationship. This is a rare & precious
tool, which can, & does improve the quality of your sharing, & will
serve you both, for the rest of your lives. Couples who participated
in Intimate Communion training prior to their Wedding Day, have
had especially amazing Ceremonies.
We offer training in Intimate Communion, in person only. These
sessions are available to anyone who seeks more depth & intimacy
with their partner, whether or not, we perform your Marriage Ceremony.
Training in Intimate Communion is also available after your Wedding
Ceremony, for relationship enhancement.
